Warranty Coverage

“The Bush Company” (“we”, “us”, or “our”) proudly stands behind the quality and durability of all our products, including rooftop tents, awnings, and outdoor gear (“products”). This Warranty Policy applies to products purchased directly from The Bush Company or an authorized dealer.

Duration of Coverage:

• Rooftop Tents and Awnings: Our products are covered by a 2-year conditional warranty from the date of purchase by the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship.
• Outdoor Gear: Covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase by the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship.

What the Warranty Covers

• Repair or replacement of any product found to be defective under normal use and maintenance.
• Products that have failed due to a manufacturing defect.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage resulting from abuse, misuse, neglect, theft, or vandalism.
• Damage caused by modifications or repairs not performed by The Bush Company or an authorized service provider.
• Damage from natural disasters or acts of God.
• Cosmetic issues such as fading or scratches from normal wear.
• Unauthorized attachments or alterations.
